    We review your enquiry personally — usually within a few hours, always within one business day. We are assessing whether we have the right capacity and experience for your specific property.

    If we believe we are a good fit, we will reach out directly to arrange a brief introductory call — usually 20 minutes. No pitch. Just a conversation.

    If the call goes well on both sides, we arrange a complimentary property audit. You see exactly how we work before committing to anything.

If we are not the right fit for your property — whether due to capacity, location, or service match — we will tell you so clearly and, where possible, suggest an alternative.

Before you enquire

A few things worth knowing.

We are selective about who we take on.

Not because we are difficult, but because the service only works when it is the right fit. We work best with owners of privately held homes who are not running their property as a business. If you are looking for Airbnb management, rental management, or a cleaning service, we are not the right fit and will say so clearly when you enquire.

We service Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers only.

Our contractor relationships, local knowledge, and ability to attend a property within the hour all depend on being genuinely embedded in one place. We do not have plans to expand beyond this region in the near term. If your property is outside our service area, we will let you know when you enquire.

The first conversation is about fit, not sales.

When we reach out after your enquiry, we are not trying to close you. We are trying to establish whether the relationship makes sense on both sides. You should be asking us questions. We will be asking you questions. If it does not feel right for either party, we will say so.

There is no lock-in before the audit.

The complimentary property audit is offered after the introductory call. It is not a sales tool — it is a genuine assessment of your property's condition that you receive and keep regardless of whether you proceed. The only commitment is to the 12-month service agreement, which you sign after the audit if both parties want to proceed.
